Description:These Greek olives are green and of colossal size. They are green because they are picked on the tree before they’re completely ripened. They are “cracked” or slit to allow the marinade of spices and olive oil to further enhance their taste. Green olives are firmer than the black olives. They are packed in water, salt, olive oil, oregano and preservatives.
