How can I pay for my Castella Marketplace.com order?
You may use American Express, MasterCard or Visa to pay for your online order.  You may also place an order over the phone, just call Customer Service for assistance at 1-866-CASTELLA (227-8355).

How much will I pay for Shipping & Handling?
Shipping is estimated during the checkout process.  You will be able to see your shipping & handling totals before you finalize your order.  There is a $2.50 handling fee per order, in addition to the shipping charge. Shipping charges are per address.
 
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped from our fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days.  In the event of any undue delay, we will contact you by phone or email. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped on the same day.  Oversized orders may be shipped in more than one package. All delivery addresses must be street addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, A.P.O.s, F.P.O.s. Castella Marketplace.com is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Do you ship orders to Foreign countries?
We only ship within the continental United States. Contact Customer Service for details and to confirm services offered in your area.

How will my order be shipped?
We use the United States Post Office as well as UPS to deliver Marketplace orders. In some cases, the most economical method of delivery will be chosen. If delivery is unsuccessful, delivery and redelivery charges will apply.
